Detailed item-level timing data for the 2016 ANES Time Series study are now available for download from our website at: https://electionstudies.org/data-center/2016-time-series-study/
The item-level timing data are located under Auxiliary Files and can be merged into the main Time Series data file using the four-digit Case ID variable V160001.

Some small differences exist in the way timing data was captured by the face-to-face and web instruments, as explained in the readme file which accompanies the data.
